A: Yeah you can cut it however you want.

Q: How do I put them on?
A: Take it out if the plastic wrapping its in. Then remove the plastic that’s on the actual tattoo. Place tattoo on the place you want, get a wet rag and dab the tattoo until fully wet, then hold rag on top of tattoo for 15-30 seconds (continue the dabbing motion while holding it on there) peel back paper, and there you go
