If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery of the item (in some cases 10 days, depending on product lifespan, the product page refund policy will always depict this for all applicable products). If 15 (10) days have gone by since the, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return or exchange your order within the 15 days of delivery for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Some health and personal care items
There are certain instances where refunds will not be provided.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
