Returns and Processing Timeline

    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return the item up to 15 days after the item's delivery date. If 15 days have elapsed since the item's delivery date, unfortunately, you are ineligible for product returns. If you would like to return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery for whatever reason, we're here to help! Send your request to sales@bodimodi.com. 

Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards 
Note the following instances where refunds on returns will not be provided. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after it's delivery.


Refunds 

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often a delay in processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, send us an email at sales@bodimodi.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
